Reason: Digital services cannot be returned once accessed, viewed, or delivered.

2. Accidental or Duplicate Payments

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Subscription extension

Required documents:

3. Unauthorized Transactions

5. No Refund for Used or Accessed Services

6. Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation stops future billing only, not past or current charges

  • Bank Cards (Visa/Mastercard): 7–15 business days
  • International transactions: Up to 20 business days
